    Det kan give meget stress at bekymre sig om sin økonomi. Faktisk så meget, at det er helt legitimt at tale om det, der hedder ”økonomisk stress”. Økonomisk stress betyder, at man bliver syg, fordi man tænker så meget på sin økonomi – man bekymrer sig simpelthen for meget om den. Livet handler om så meget mere end penge, og derfor skal man gemme sine bekymringer til andre ting. Her kommer en række råd til, hvad du selv kan gøre for at få en bedre økonomi. Og så kan du bekymre dig om andre ting.

    Tag et lån

    Når man mangler penge, er det fordi, man mangler ting. Det kan være, du har svært ved at købe nok grøntsager, mangler møbler, eller simpelthen bare mangler mere luksus i dit liv. Uanset, så kan du tage et billigt forbrugslån, så du har mulighed for at købe det, du mangler.

    Tag et kig på udgifter og indkomst

    Når man skal have et overblik over sin økonomi, kan det koges ned til at handle om to ting: udgifter og indkomst. Tag et stykke papir frem og log ind på din bankkonto. Gå så tre måneder tilbage og inddel pengene efter, hvad du bruger dem på. Måske du kommer til at opdage, at du har en alt for dyr husleje i forhold til, hvor meget du gerne købe. Måske du bruger alt for mange penge på noget, du slet ikke har lyst til? Det kan også være, at dine udgifter og indkomst simpelthen bare ikke hænger sammen lige nu. Så kan det også være fornuftigt at tage et lån. Så længe du kan undgå økonomisk stress!

    Få flere timer på jobbet

    Der er intet, der hjælper så godt på økonomisk stress, som arbejde gør. Hvis du har et job, hvor du har mulighed for at få flere timer, så spørg din chef, om der er mulighed for, at du kan få flere vagter. Du skal naturligvis ikke arbejde dig selv helt ned, men måske du kan tage nogle ekstra weekendsvagter engang imellem?

    Sælg dine ting

    Prøv at tag et kig rundt omkring i din lejlighed. Er der noget, der har værdi, som du ikke bruger? Hvis du har mod på det, kan du begynde at sælge nogle af dine ting. Der findes mange gode apps, som kan hjælpe en til at finde en passende platform at sælge det på. Du kan også altid bare lægge det op på Facebook og se, om der er nogen, der responderer.

    Kig efter tilbud

    Det kan også være, du simpelthen bare ikke er god nok til at kigge efter tilbud? Der kan være mange penge at spare, hvis man bare tager sig tiden til at kigge efter de gode tilbud. Det kan både være, når du skal købe større ting som møbler, men det kan også være i de mindre udgifter, som f.eks. ved indkøb af mad – du kan spare mange penge i sidste ende!
    Du kan også kigge efter tilbud på lån. Det er nemt, lån penge og få dem med det samme – så er de bekymringer væk!
